I have background modding games like Dungeon Defenders (I went by XboxRainbowMods).
Anyway I've been trying to make 100% of all Brave Frontier image files readable.. over 50% are not readable as is from a jailbroken Android. Here's what's really weird about the image files that aren't readable.
When comparing them to the matching file name wiki files (only a small portion of these images are on the wiki)... the file size is EXACTLY the same... however... the hex data isn't.. for example...
The header for the unreadable format shows::
89 51 52 50 1D 23 3E 3B 40 51 64 86 D9 F1 08 33 00 21
While the readable wiki version of the PNGs (which match exactly in file size and file name)::
89 50 4E 47 0D 0A 1A 0A 00 00 00 0D 49 48 44 52 00 00
I've tried using TRID with the newest updated sig library to try to identify this "unknown" file type but it comes up with nothing.
After digging around with only "QRP" to go on.. I'm thinking maybe there's some kind of embarcadero Delphi thing to it.
Renaming the unreadable png files to QRP doesn't work either in making them viewable (using SmartQRP viewer).
So either some kind or retarded nasty obfuscation is being used.. or it's images are in a non-native png file format made specifically for the game's engine. What makes no sense is 40% to 50% of the image files ARE readable.. while the rest are not.
Is someone here on this forum capable and willing to help a BF fan out in trying to convert these unreadable images to their readable counterparts?
Would deeply appreciate any help, thank you!
